    No guidance and messy management
The good thingsManagement will only credit to themselves. And we work as slaves. Not office hours job but sound perfectly. It's burn your sleep after office hours. Best part your weekends will burn and expect you to work, when management just order you what need to be done.
The challengesTheir proffesional no guidance or instructions to order you to do things on a very last minute and make sure you done by end of the day. So can them able to report to higher level.

    The Management need improvement
The good thingsGood colleagues to work with and share the same burden.
The challengesPoor management with no sense of direction. Follow the other players and some directors are just plainly want to gain the visibility and assigning of roles. Couldn't make a single decision. No sense of ownership. They need empathy and staff appreciation rather than dictorship.
