The good thingsMeet with people from various countries and having value experiences to work with them. The UN system is very good to guide staff working in the field because we have to respect each others. All staffs are proffesional and they have integrity for the humanitarian organization. I am very proud to work with United Nations for the good working environment and also the knowledge of the staffs.
The challengesWe have to respect each others because the staffs are coming from many countries with their own cultures, but we have to be a good team in the field. There is no discrimination in the system and we can learn something new from colleagues to get an advatage for our future.
