Senior Operations Executive
What’s the best way to approach a salary review when you’ve taken on additional responsibilities but haven’t had a formal title change? I've already taking over the senior position for 3 months, and no mention from my boss on whether this will eventually come with a salary raise. Only that they want me to 'grow'. Should I proactively ask about it or wait a bit longer?

Oh god! This sounds like dejavu! My case, after a month i had clarification with my boss but she refused to change my title + no increment, so I straight away tell her, nopeee I'm not doing this anymoreee
