I was in a job and i got pregnant. The workplace was not supportive as my pregnancy was extremely difficult. Ironically they were part of Singhealth and they didnt care about my health. I had to quit in june 2024. Now my baby is 10 months old and im trying to find a job that suits me. Nobody is willing to offer me :( its hard to find job in public health field and also as a new mum. Pls let me know any advice or leads for a flexible job related to public health

I got a job offer that’s 100% remote, something I’ve been wanting and waiting for a long time. But the salary offered is 20% lower than what I’m earning now. The benefits are so-so, but I keep thinking about the time and money I’d save not commuting. Plus, I don’t need to take MC unless I’m really unwell since I can rest at home and still work. Also, the boss seems more chill than my current toxic one. Have you taken this kind of offer before? Do you regret it? Mind share your experience pls

I have been applying for a while now, but i am unable to see a potential match or an interview as well. How do you all deal with subordinates who are always MIA when working from home? I have one team member who consistently takes 30 mins to 2 hours just to reply to messages. It becomes a real issue when we need to make quick decisions or solve things on the spot. I don’t want to micromanage, but it’s affecting the team’s flow. Any advice on how to address this without sounding too controlling or accusing?

Being a working mum with two kids is really hard. I’ve had to sacrifice looking for a better-paying job just so I can work around my kids’ schedule. What’s worse is I only bring home $1,900 a month. I honestly don’t understand why there aren’t more work-from-home options for mothers. It’s exhausting and overwhelming, especially when I still have so many financial commitments to cover. Does anyone know of any good work-from-home opportunities? I have a local diploma and I work extremely hard!

Looking for a good WFH job isn’t as easy as I thought. Many jobs say “remote” but still want you to go to the office sometimes, or they get filled super quickly. I’m still trying to find something that suits my skills and is truly flexible. After becoming a mom, it's very hard for me to leave my needy child at the nursery and had to quit my FT job. Now I'm really hoping to find a remote job that's within SG itself so I dont hv to work odd hours. How do i tailor my resume to be more noticeable?
