Been working for a transportation company for 14 years now. But it seems like my experience and knowledge is not taken into consideration all because I have visible tattoos. It’s true first impression is key BUT no matter how good or “professional” you might look, character is the one that pushes your teammates or your peers to being positive. I have people here who looks “professional” but their character, how should i put it?. Not motivational at all.

Join an SI Company recently. Required to take Endpoint Examination within 1st 3 months. This is actually good for us as self development. Equip us with the skill sets and knowledge which benefit us even if we leave the company. It could also add pressure to us. What do you say?

I left F&B after 10 years to pursue my studies in business before I turn 30 but I’m not sure if this is the correct “path” for me. I felt very burnt out in the industry and felt like I didn’t have enough education compared to my peers who have a “degree” which I didn’t have. Therefore I decided to study part time while working admin to have a taste of corporate life. But I’m starting to wonder if this is right for me? Or is this what I want?
