Feels like everyone’s pivoting to digital transformation such as tech, data, AI tools, etc. Even folks from biz or comms are upskilling fast. I actually like my current role, but seeing how some of my team’s processes and SOPs are slowly getting automated makes me wonder if I’ll get left behind. Lowkey feeling pressured to keep up even though I’m not sure in what ways I can upgrade myself. I know it's never too late to learn but how do i decide which area of my job needs improvement?

150+ roles at the Grand Prix F1, anyone actually got a temp job? 🤔 Is it easy to apply? I keep hearing about job opportunities in motorsports, especially F1. But how realistic is it? Just recently, 2 NTU undergrads got internships w Red Bull Racing in England, chosen from thousands of applicants. They worked at the team’s HQ & even supported the recent Grand Prix! If they can, does this mean more Sgreans could break into F1? Besides the usual engineering roles, what other jobs are out there?

I recently visited a friend’s office and noticed how hard it was for her to move around in her wheelchair. While some places in SG are getting more inclusive, many offices still aren’t PMA-friendly. Doors too narrow, no ramps, tight spaces. I think companies need to go beyond just hiring disabled workers. They need to make the whole environment accessible too. looking at Job there are multiple openings in Tunnel M&E Managers. in 2015, I was getting arround 6K SGD, working s an Sr Electrical engineer / Sr. M&E. and today I am standing here in 2025 they are barely offering more than 10K, inflammation is high room rent is higher now in Singapore arround 3 times than 2017. I don't think it is worth to relocate again an Singapore with less than an 10K salary cause I am a family person now. what is your view on this ?
