What kind of interview question is this 🫠 I spent 3 weeks prepping for my 1st corporate interview. I was so excited, covered all bases. I studied their company background, products, management, clients etc. But during the IV, they asked for a time I've led a cross-functional team. Huh?? I've never had a full-time job. What does that even mean?? How are grads supposed to answer experience-heavy questions like this? I answered as best as I can but dunno if that's gonna lead me to 2nd stage hmm

I’ve been offered an interview opportunity for a role that I least expected — a much more senior and specialised position. I’m not sure if I would even succeed in the interview, but my family told me to attend because it’s a 50/50 chance. Fresh grads, do you always research the company before interviews? I’ve got 3 interviews lined up next week and honestly, I’m not sure if I should deep-dive into all of them. Like, what exactly am I supposed to look for? Their products? Values? Boss's name?? 😭 I don’t want to sound clueless, but I also don’t want to spend hours reading stuff that won’t even come up in the interview! What’s the most important info to focus on so I don’t blank out when they ask “So why do you want to work here?”
