I just wondered if job ads could streamline between more interest of recruiting fresh grads, to grads, to matured candidates? It seems like besides the auto of ads 3 times before the ad expired on Jobstreet, we won't knw where we stand a chance in employment. I know roles like safety managers usually considered a lot of people with experience. Maybe places that look into cost saving, could clearly state " fresh grads r encouraged or welcomed" as indication matured candidates can skip applying.

I have been working in indian bank for 2 yrs and my supervisor has not been supportive ,more ever she has been unapproachable and moody at work ...all the colleagues loathe her and share grievances about her to one another..to cut story short ,I was molested by one of the male staff ,i do not fathom why he has to throw litter in my dustbin where I sit when I was sitting down and he groped my leg..

Hi everyone, I’m currently based in Dubai working in internal audit with experience in both internal and external audit (including Big 4). I’m also pursuing my Executive MBA at Hult International Business School. I’m exploring internal audit or risk opportunities in Singapore and would appreciate any advice or connections. Thank you!

Tbh if companies aren’t looking for fresh graduates or would prefer not to have them, then don’t include the fat that the job is open to fresh grads to seasoned workers. It’s very misleading and very disappointing when we don’t get anything back, not even a rejection.

You give 100% at your workplace, but still you are not appreciated. Even when you are not feeling well, you still go to the office to work. But if something happens to your health, will they really think about you?
