Dealing with KOLs in SG can be a nightmare. Some are great, but others? Snobbish, rude, and act like they’re doing you a favor even though they’re the ones getting paid. I’ve had influencers ignore deadlines, ghost messages, then demand last-minute changes like it’s my fault. And don’t get me started on the entitlement—some don’t even bother showing up for brand shoots on time. How do you handle these kinds of KOLs?? I try to be professional, but honestly, it’s draining!

There’s this new opportunity with another company offering the same salary as my current job but with more WFH options. The thing is, I’m not really a fan of WFH cz I prefer the office environment. I’m unsure if this change would be worth it or if I’m just chasing a “perk” that isn’t really for me. Anyone been in a similar situation? How did you decide whether to make the switch? Would love to hear your thoughts on whether WFH is really a career boost or just a temporary convenience.

Algorithm nightmare anyone??!?!?! Am I the only one who feels like every time I figure out Instagram’s algorithm, they go and change it? Last month, carousel posts were doing well for my campaigns, but now they're doing badly and it's all about IG Reels. 😩 How do you keep up with these constant shifts? If you ask me what my favorite social media platform to work on. I'd say Instagram. It’s visual, fun, and relatively easy to engage audiences. Not Facebook because their algorithms and settings can be a bit difficult to understand. What’s your favorite social media platform to manage?

Google Ads seems more intent-driven, great for people actively searching, but Facebook’s targeting is different. it allows you to reach super niche audiences. I’ve seen mixed results on both. Anyone here swear by one over the other?

SEO vs Paid Ads - which is more important when it comes to digital marketing? I feel like every digital marketer has a love-hate relationship with SEO and paid ads. SEO is all about patience, endless tweaking, and praying that Google works in your favor Paid ads, on the other hand, are like throwing money at algorithms to ensure you get the numbers. But what is more important to achieve? And easier to acheieve? Anybody got any diehard preferences?
