Customer service folks, I got a question. Do your companies reward you when you hit monthly targets? At my previous job, even small gestures like tumblers, movie tickets, or occasionally iPads/phones were given just to show appreciation. It really helped boost morale and made us feel recognized. But at my current workplace, there’s… nothing. No mention, no thanks, no reward. Is this normal in other companies too, or am I just spoiled from my old place?

Just joined my first full-time job in customer service and I’m honestly still finding my footing. The work itself is fine but what’s hard is fitting in with the team. Everyone already seems so close, got their own inside jokes, lunch groups, even shared playlists. I try to smile and be friendly, but I still feel like an outsider. I’m scared of being “too much” or too quiet. How do you guys usually break the ice? Especially when you're new and don’t want to come off as awkward?

Got scolded by a customer for a good 30 mins straight today. I just stood there taking it all in, and after that… I was completely drained. Couldn't focus, couldn’t keep up with my other tasks. I'm not great at handling big emotions, and it’s affecting my work. Yorobun... how do you recharge during work after something like this? I can't always take long breaks or disappear. What do you do to reset your mind fast?
