Hello! I'm a fresh grad looking for resume tips. I already applied over 50 jobs but i heard back from none. it’s been a month+ & i’m slowly losing my mind. 🫠 i used famous resume template & followed all the tips all over the internet, but nothing. starting to think maybe my resume just blending in with the other 10,000 fresh grads out there. how do y’all make yours actually stand out? like fr, how do i make a recruiter STOP scrolling and say “ok this IS THE ONE”? pls help a struggling soul 🙃

Pls tell me if I'm making the biggest mistake of my life or if I'm on the right path. A fresh grad, 6 months jobless, finally got an offer. Salary SGD2.5k + 7days AL. The company is quite small, hence the salary but they promise that I'll surely learn a lot and gain good exposure from working there. My family says just take the offer & keep applying elsewhere for better opportunity. My GF says it's too little, not worth it, and that I should keep looking. I'm torn in between. Pls help.

Hi everyone, I’m Tommy (Win Shwe). I’m currently studying IT at MDIS and looking for a full-time internship in Singapore starting from mid-October. I’m interested in IT support, network, or backend/AI-related roles. I have hands-on practice with VMware, Java (still learning), and AI tools like ChatGPT & Copilot. Previously worked at MBS LAVO, so I’m used to handling pressure and teamwork. If you know any openings or leads, I’d really appreciate it !

Fresh grad here, just joined this company 1 week ago & honestly REALLY shocked when I read my company’s manual book. EXAMPLES: If I take MC, they gonna cut my pay in half. Late 5 mins= $5 fine, 10 mins= $10, and IT INCREASES. Toilet break more than 10 mins will be flagged by HR. Also can’t use AL during notice period, must clear all leave before resigning. This is the 1st proper office job for me, so I’m a bit confused. Are these rules NORMAL in SG or am I in a red flag one?? Should i run?

I am actively seeking a marketing role and am hoping for a minimum salary of 3000 SGD. While my CGPA is 2.90, I believe my practical skills, strong work ethic, and internship experience in a foreign company more than make up for it. GPA 2.8, zero work experience, no leadership roles or club activities during uni, and my resume is just one page 😬 But I still want to aim for a decent starting salary. Honestly feeling a little lost and helpless…been jobless for months and I have a sudden realisation I may not have any sufficiently sound portfolio to prove in interviews or maybe even resumes as a fresh grad. I mean the bar isn’t that high but with this job market, it can feel rly scary, especially engineering industry. Other than taking free certs (only stuff i can afford) i rly am unsure whether I can make it
