I would like to share one thing why some of the company in Singapore call you for an interview and then did not reply back anything like you get passed or failed something’s like that. They never know how much jobs seeker have depression and stress about it. It is not hidden and sick play games. They can simply reject it. That one thing is so much ridiculous and unethical thing I had experienced in Singapore.

Any suggestions and advice on how to negotiate, as they said they can't release the offer letter without certification. Hello. I am 28year old Filipino with 4years + experience as an RN. I took my first SNB on 2023 but failed. Tried again last year and I passed. But its been a year since I passed but still there is no update from the employer in Singapore according to our agency here. Tried contacting SNB but said that they cannot disclose the outcome to candidates, tried contacting the employer also but to no avail. What else can I do?🥹
