Are SG job postings even real? 😅 Been applying for months and honestly… most of them feel like ghost listings. Submit your resume and it just disappears into the void. No reply, no rejection, nothing. Are companies just posting for fun? Or is the role already filled before it even goes live? Just me, or is anyone else experiencing this? 💀

I got laid off last July have sent close to 1000 applications, I barely get any interviews and can’t seem to land any offers until now. Feels like the job portals are broken and no longer work like they used to, I am not sure is it me? Or is it the market? Felt like it was easier to find jobs during pandemic as compared to now. Stressed.

Job searching can really break you mentally and emotionally. Sending applications every day, waiting for replies that never come, attending interviews and still hearing nothing back. People see you smiling, but they don’t see the stress, self-doubt, and sleepless nights behind it. Still, I remind myself: this struggle is temporary. One call, one email, one opportunity can change everything. Until then, I keep going. I have no choice but to believe. 💪🙏

I purposely lowered down my expected salary to match all the jobs that I applied for and to my surprise, there are still companies who don't hire me because they think I might leave as soon as I found a better job with higher salary. 😅 Even though I've tried my best to convince them that I'm gonna stay as long as possible, they just find it hard to believe. FYI, there are people like me.. we are hungry for experience, skills and knowledge, not just mere paycheck. Give us a chance, ok? 😉
