Why isit so difficult to find a job , why isit so late , i applied 74 job , no one even email , so ridiculous

Could be lot of evergreen and fake postings that companies uses to build up a database of CVs for the future or gauge the market, fake growth stats for investors i guess or internal candidate theatre, tax breaks (development and expansion incentives) and even intimidating the current employees by showing that they can be easily replaced.
