Operations Executive
Hello, is it common to not have any pay increment at all when I've been working in the company for almost 2 years? Also, what is the average time to get promoted. Want some salary advice as this is my first job as trade operations executive after graduating. A bit disheartening to be receiving the same pay since Day 1 of joining.

I get how discouraging it can be, especially in your first job! Most places offer some form of annual increment, even if it’s a small one, so two years without any increase could be a sign to discuss your goals with your manager. Promotion timelines vary, but it’s usually around 2–3 years.
