Is it normal for your reporting to hand in more work after completing further studies under sponsorship?
Suppose to hire part time to cover colleague on long leave unfortunately didn’t and have to cover for colleague ontop of own work load. Including 1 or 2 follow up belongs to your reporting.

It really depends on the company's culture. Sometimes after studies, bosses assume you can handle "more" since you “upgraded.” but actually it just show poor management la.. anyway just keep track of your extra duties..it may help when discussing workload or future appraisals in future (who knows)
