I’ve always been curious about business owners who juggle multiple ventures. How do they find the time and balance everything? I’ve got a few side projects myself, and sometimes I struggle just managing ONE! I always find it so inspiring when I see someone running multiple businesses smoothly. I truly think it’s all about time management and delegation, having the right team and setting clear priorities. Anyone here balancing more than one business? How do you do it?

I run two small businesses, and honestly, some days feel like chaos. one business always takes the lead while the other is more passive. So, keypoint here is priority. Also, hiring even just a part-time assistant changed the game for me. No way, you can’t do it all alone!
