In corporate for many years now, and suddenly i think i should step up and move to different places.. The salary is decent, same routine which I don’t see much growth. What if i do a business for more flexibility and financial freedom, just i dont have a clue yet. Some say follow passion, some say go where the money is, others say solve a problem. But what if I don’t know what I’m passionate about, and I don’t have a groundbreaking idea? How do i decide?
