Logistics Executive
Hi all, need some advice on career switch as I find my current job has no further progression and no point continue staying here.
I’m 32 this year, working in Logistics industry as a Logistics Executive drawing lower end of 3k. Been in this same company for 11 years already. It’s my first full-time job ever since I ORD from NS.
Thinking to switch to be a Supply Chain Analyst / Material or Demand Planner but I have no qualification like diploma/degree. Highest is ‘N’ level. Is it still possible?

That's actually cool to have career switch! 11 years experience in logistics, surely it's valuable industry knowledge that can be an asset in a role like Supply Chain Analyst or Demand Planner. Yea la, diploma or degree can be beneficial, it's okay to give it a tryy. Maybe at the same time, try to also look out for certifications or courses that can boost your skills and resume.
