Executive assistant
I've been in the healthcare industry for 15 years. Recently, my role shifted from a team-based setup to a solo position due to job rotations. The workload has increased significantly, and after 7 months, I’m still finding it tough to manage alone. While my colleagues are supportive, handling client demands without a team has been challenging. At 45, I know job hunting isn’t easy, but I’m starting to wonder if it’s time to seek a better fit — or keep pushing through. Still weighing my options.

Amazing! Regarding your question, I'd suggest for you to keep your option open but don't quit just yet until you secure a new role. It's always good to start something new. If you didnt manage to get a new job, then it's time to raise it to the upper management about your job load. All the best shahida..
