Congrats on diving into the hiring game! I'm curious about your experience being on the interviewer side. If I were in your shoes, I might consider start with an ice-breaking session, perhaps by asking candidates about their go-to chill-out track. It might seem random, but it could be a unique and refreshing approach that not everyone would think of.
