Was amused after seeing this resignation letter, bro woke up and chose violence. Ya better be straightforward right niao, GenZ! That's gonna be few weeks of awkwardness. 😂 But seriously, I feel for him as I'm somewhat in the same position. It's very frustrating. How do you think I can relay this professionally to my boss and company?

Some part of me is thinking.. Is it okay to write this kind of letter/email? hahah, I mean I get it it's very frustrating, but sounds unprofessional. But the way the company treat him is also unprofessional. ahhaa so it's like a fair fair unprofessionalism? 😆

Negotiate bro. I don't know how true this viral letter was but it speaks character about him. Very unprofessional. It's quite common to discuss concerns with your manager or HR. If it doesn't work in your favour, a professional exit may also help you in the long run. Hiring companies sometime ask for reviews or references from last employer...
