I’ve been in the job market for 10 years, with many short-term roles—mostly lasting under 3 months—except for contractor positions, which lasted longer. I had a near year-long gap in employment, but during the COVID period, I made a bold career switch into IT. After completing my IT contract, I briefly moved into auditing before returning to IT, where I held a role for nearly 3 years. After a 5-month unemployment gap, I secured another position but left after 3 weeks. Is this bad?

For me, you shouldve stayed a little bit longer. But if you're able to justify then it's fine. Btw, why did you stop?
