It’s frustrating how most employers reject applications so quickly without even giving you the chance to prove yourself. I’m hardworking, a fast learner, and always willing to improve, but it feels like none of that matters if they don’t take a moment to see your potential. I just wish I could be given that one chance to show what I’m really capable of.

Double check your resume regularly. Who knows there are might some keywords error, or misspelling. Many reasons why applications got rejected. Usually employer rely on ATS so filter candidates' resume. Let's say experience focused on different sub specialties or skills or platforms than is needed for the rec. this can be considered non-related too

Same. I once a job seeker too, unemployed for more than a year. Sometimes it really takes a while to find that one opportunity where someone actually sees your potential. Actually I don’t mind getting rejected one, but at least company should inform us… so we don’t get our hopes up for nothing. Nowadays everything automated already. Just send a simple AI reply also won’t hurt much. Don’t you think so right

I get it. Yes it's annoying to experience that. Every job hunting process, is always a struggle. Too many candidates can be one of the factor our application is being rejected.

"You may have been a good fit, but someone may have been a better fit." someone said this to me.
