It's only been 3 months since I join this company but I can't tahan being "used" by others and feel like I wanna quit my job. Can safely say I experience "extreme" culture shock here. Everyday I rush to deliver tasks bcz I'm helping 3 seniors, with tons of backlogs and I don't even learn anything new. I work like admin + assistant, instead of my original role. I only do stuff that's already been done by others, not contributing new ideas or anything exciting. This is not what I sign up for ☹️

HONESTLY... Urghh suxx Being stuck doing everyone else’s work and not learning anything new is a quick way to burn out. If you’ve tried talking to your boss and nothing changes, then maybe it’s time to move on. You deserve a job where you feel valued and challenged, not just used. Don’t settle for less than what you signed up!!

not sure it will be a good idea for to resign. If you leave fairly quickly, you were just unemployed longer. Then when you looking for new job, you don't have to mention the job on your resume.

I do value how the workplace environment, workload and also colleague. Please go job hunt again, that really doesnt sound like a good place for work. Since you planning to leave early, please dont put this job on the resume. To me... it looks bad due to short period of time working.

Try to learn as much as you can. I enjoy all senior me a lot of works. How can we improve their manual administrative and convert to productive.
You may not need to change the process, but understand it and know how to change it.

You need to love and sincere in your work where all the motivation will come but sometime the surrounding makes you feel either way.But with patient and perseverance and willingness to learn new things will make your career more interesting and you must have a vision what you want to be in order to be successful.

If that's what you're not sign up for.. best is to leave the company. You're not overreacting, what you deal right now is real. So yeah trust your intuition if resigning is the good choice to make

please give yourself some time to adjust with the new workplace. usually it will take a while for you to get the pace, especially when tasks don’t align with your aspirations. Jumping to another job would guarantee you to get the job that you want

It sounds like it may be a toxic workplace, especially if that is very common for boss to insult/demean you.
