I've been in this tech X company for quite several years.. The good thing is, i receive bonus every year, and benefits they've offered is worth. I feel like I'm ready for a new challenges and i try to give it a shot for senior positions. I can see the growth in here, that's why i choose not to leave. Is there any way you can help sharing with me, tips on what should I do to negotiate for promotion. I wanna show to them that i can be the right candidate for the senior role.
