Went for a work training recently, came back excited… but now totally clueless. 😅 Not sure how to apply any of it on the job, and every time I try, it feels like I’m just fumbling. Afraid the boss might think sending me was a waste of money, but honestly, the trainer wasn’t great and didn’t explain things clearly. Anyone else ever go through training and feel completely lost afterwards? How did you handle it?

Honestly, that's normal and that's totally fine! Maybe try to go through again if they distribute any materials for your reference. Probably, you'll see it clearer..
