Signed up for a certification course, completed all the modules, but still haven't received my certificate. It's been weeks, and all I get are vague responses when I follow up. Starting to worry I might have been scammed. Has anyone else experienced this? How long does it usually take to receive a certification after course completion? Pls help me out. I'm planning to include the cert in my resume, now i can't bcz i'm not yet certified and already paid thousands of money.

That’s not okay. If they’re legit, they should have a clear timeframe for issuing certs. Try checking reviews or forums to see if others had the same issue. Also, document every conversation, you might need proof if you need to escalate this further. Hope you get some answers soon!
