At my workplace, I’ve noticed different kinds of training offered from technical skills workshops to soft skills like communication and leadership. I’m curious, what kind of training do you usually get at your company? Do you feel these sessions actually help you grow or are they just a checkbox activity? For me, it does help somehow even it's just basic but in order to support the knowledge we have, i think the cert is important
