Onboarding Coordinator
My friend also works in CS, and their team is the total opposite of mine, supportive colleagues, a manager who actually cares, and everyone helps each other out when things get tough.
But it’s a whole different story when I hear about my brother. He always rants to me about the backstabbing, finger-pointing when things go wrong, and managers who only care about KPIs. He’s been stuck there for three years and has been applying elsewhere, but no callbacks yet. So yeah… tough times

Man, hearing both sides like that really shows how much workplace culture matters. Maybe your brother can try upskilling a bit or adjusting his resume for better traction. Hope things turn around for him soon. He deserves better.
