How do you even become a customer support rep with zero experience? I’m eyeing this live chat support role mainly because it’s remote, the pay’s decent, and honestly it doesn’t seem too tough. I believe I CAN DO IT. But I’ve never worked in CS before, not even part-time. How do I make my resume stand out? What kind of skills or phrases do I need to highlight to get noticed, even without direct experience? Anyone here started like me and managed to land the job?
