Having been in customer service for a while, I’ve learnt about what really makes someone stand out in this line. For me, the top 3 qualities that make for good customer service? Number 1: Patience bcz some customers really test you, but you just gotta breathe and stay calm. Number 2: Empathy. If you can put yourself in the customer’s shoes, they can feel that sincerity. And number 3? Problem-solving skills. it’s not enough to smile and nod, you have to actually help. Agree?

Yesss, especially the patience one. Some days it feels like a test of your zen level 😂 Empathy is underrated too—when customers feel heard, half the battle’s won. I’d also say adaptability is key, because no two days (or customers) are the same.
