My resume not bad one...results awesome, clear format, even tailored to each job. Problem is, I do get interview calls but all from SMEs or small local companies. I'm gonna be honest, I’m aiming for MNCs or bigger brands with better structure and growth. Am I doing something wrong with my resume? How do I tailor my CV or approach so it actually attracts the attention of big companies only? Anyone here successfully made their resume so powerful that only MNCs call them? Share your tips!

Hmm, hard to justify why, but I realised my resume was too task-focused before. As far I know MNCs wanna see strategic thinking, not just execution. Try showing how you solved problems, led initiatives, or drove growth even if it was at a small company. It’s all about how you frame it.
