Food Packer
Hello, I’m Indonesian interested in working in Singapore. I have 2.5 years of experience in food packaging and a few months as a warehouse packer in Taiwan. I’ve applied to 26+ jobs (some in production operations), but many were marked as “Unlikely to progress” or “Expired.” Could this be because I didn’t include a photo in my resume or because I’m still living in Batam? Any advice on improving my applications would be appreciated. Thank you!

Don't think the photo is the issue. Perhaps the location you use in the resume. In future, better to not include it in the resume. But for this case, try to highlight that you’re willing to relocate immediately. Singapore companies, there are looking for candidates already in Singapore for faster onboarding
