Onboarding Coordinator
I've been eyeing my dream job for a while now, and I’m finally ready to apply. The only problem? I’m unsure whether I should submit a cover letter along with my resume or not. I’ve seen their job ads where they don’t explicitly ask for one, but I don’t want to risk missing out on showing my passion for the role. Is applying without a cover letter acceptable nowadays, or does it look incomplete? I want to make the best impression possible, but I’m just not sure what’s expected.

I get you! It’s tempting to skip it if it’s not required, but for your dream job? I'd definitely include it. Even just a few strong paragraphs could make you more memorable. Better to over-deliver than to wonder "what if." 🙌
