When applying for full-time roles in a specific field, should unrelated part-time jobs be included on a resume? Examples might include F&B crew, delivery rider, or general helper positions. Could listing them demonstrate a strong work ethic, or might it make the candidate seem unfocused? Is it better to include these roles or leave them out?

I’d say keep them in if you can highlight transferable skills, unless if you're freshie and lack of experience, but yeaa you should emphasize what’s most relevant and trim the rest.
