Do startups look for different traits compared to corporates when hiring? Feels like startups value adaptability and taking initiative, while corporates lean more on polished credentials and processes. If you’ve worked in both, what traits or skills do you think really stand out in a startup vs. a corporate setting? What should I emphasise in my resume to improve my chances of being selected by either one? Thanks in advance!

Totally agree. Startups loved that I was scrappy and quick to learn. I once built a process from scratch and they were thrilled. In corporate, they looked for how I followed frameworks and contributed to the bigger machine. So yeah..
