Data analyst but slowly losing passion… money is good, but what’s next? Not gonna lie. The pay in this line is solid, but after 3 years, I feel like I’m just building dashboards and fixing Excel sheets daily. No spark anymore. 😞 I used to be excited learning new tools or analyzing trends, but now it’s all rinse and repeat. Is this just a phase? Or is it time to consider moving into something like data product, business strategy or even teaching? Curious if anyone else hit this plateau before.

Totally relatable. Sometimes it’s not the field, just the kind of work you're stuck with. Have you tried switching teams or industries? Data in healthcare or fintech can feel very different. Or maybe even strategy roles that let you use your data skills but with more decision-making power. Worth exploring before you burn out.
