I heard lot about the demand for data centre jobs in Sg lately. The pay is said to be pretty good, but how true is that? For roles like technicians, engineers, or even operations staff, what’s the usual salary range like? And does it actually match the workload + odd hours that often come with the job? Curious if anyone here is working in something related to this

Salaries in DCs have gone up, but so has the workload. If you're a technician, expect $3.5k–$5k, but you’ll be handling hardware, troubleshooting, and maybe even working night shifts. Engineers earn more, but they take on bigger responsibilities.
