I’m working on my data portfolio to break into analytics, but I’m stuck on what kind of projects really impress hiring managers. I’ve read that having one is key, but should I focus on solving real-world business problems, building cool dashboards, or exploring unique datasets? Also, how do you make your portfolio stand out? I’m piecing mine together bit by bit and would love tips from those who’ve been through this. What worked for you when you landed your first data job? 😊

I’d recommend exploring unique datasets that interest you like analyzing something fun or trendy (e.g., Netflix ratings, Spotify trends). This makes your work more personal and engaging.
