Everyone always saying data analytics is the future, but honestly, it doesn’t feel that way when all I do is generate the same reports over and over again. It’s starting to feel like I’m just copy-pasting numbers instead of actually making an impact. I thought this field would be more about insights and problem-solving, but right now, it feels like I’m just a report generator. How do I bring fresh ideas into a role that’s becoming repetitive?

One thing I tried was turning regular reports into dashboards, less manual, more interactive. Also started adding “insight of the week” in emails. Got noticed! Small changes can lead to bigger things.
