There’s this new opportunity with another company offering the same salary as my current job but with more WFH options. The thing is, I’m not really a fan of WFH cz I prefer the office environment. I’m unsure if this change would be worth it or if I’m just chasing a “perk” that isn’t really for me. Anyone been in a similar situation? How did you decide whether to make the switch? Would love to hear your thoughts on whether WFH is really a career boost or just a temporary convenience.

I’d say ask yourself what your ideal workday looks like. Some people thrive at home, others love the office vibe. I took a similar offer before and found I was less productive, even a bit demotivated. Sometimes the grass isn’t greener, just different.
