Freelancing is already tough, but retaining clients? Even tougher. Some disappear after one project, while others keep coming back. I want more of the latter. Should I be offering discounts, free revisions, or maybe small perks like priority service? I don’t want to undervalue my work, but I also want clients to feel they’re getting value. What actually works to keep clients loyal without making myself a charity?

You don’t need to give away work to keep clients. I just overdeliver once in a while like adding a bonus slide or a quick fix they didn’t ask for. Tiny things, but they remember it.
