Hey guys how do you stay on top of taxes? My income’s all over the place with multiple clients and I’m worried I’m missing something and might face penalties. Do you use any specific tools or systems to track your earnings and expenses? Right now, it feels like I’m just winging it and hoping for the best. Any tips or advice to help manage this better would be greatly appreciated!

I used to wing it too… until tax season hit and I nearly had a meltdown. 😂 Now, I track everything in Notion + use an accounting app (FreshBooks is solid). Also, I set calendar reminders for deadlines so I don’t get caught off guard.
