Has anyone here been cheated by a client as a freelancer? I completed a job and delivered everything as promised, but the client only paid 20% of the agreed amount and hasn’t paid the rest. What can I do to get the remaining payment? I’m really frustrated and don’t know if I should just let it go or take further action. Any advice on how to deal with clients like this and make sure I get paid what I’m owed?

urghhh, nothing stings more than doing the work and not getting paid. If they’re still responding, stay professional but firm, give them a clear deadline and remind them of your agreement. If they’ve ghosted, you can threaten small claims court (if it’s a significant amount) or call them out publicly. Viral themmm
