Funny lah how some companies advertise their job vacancies. "Entry-level" but "must have 2-3 years of experience". Are you being for real right now? How can these two paradoxical statements exist together in a job requirement? Entry-level means it's suitable for ALL candidates with or without job experience. You are supposed to teach new comers from scratch, and not expecting them to ALREADY know the way around. If you don't open doors for us fresh grads, how can we get experience?? Tell me!

Compliance Officer / Customer Service Officer – Debt Recovery
I’d also like to understand how training and development are handled. In some companies, there seems to be limited investment in proper training, and performance issues are sometimes used as a reason for termination rather than development. I’m looking for an environment that genuinely supports growth and capability building. They really know how to the put the shows just for the government to see they are doing the job, hiring and termination
