Struggling to get Work Pass as a Foreign Graduate; I’m Thai graduated from local poly, studying under the MOE Tuition Grant with hopes of building career here. Since June 2024, I’ve been on an LTVP with no income, relying on savings & family support. Despite actively job-hunting, I face major roadblocks: Employers hesitate to apply for a Work Pass for Thais.S Pass salary (SGD 3,150/month) is too high for entry-level jobs.No Work Permit option for Thais, even in the service sector. Thoughts?

Hi Racha! I’m currently facing the same issue as I’m also under the MOE tuition grant bond :( I feel it’s really difficult to find companies willing to hire since I need an S Pass and there’s the $3K minimum salary requirement. Just wondering if things eventually worked out for you, and if you have any advice?
