Dear fresh grads, don't be too quick to give up. Exhibit A: me! 🤗It’s only been a year at my current job, but I'm glad I choose to persevere. Sure, management can be unpredictable, and the pace can be intense, but I’ve learned to adapt and see challenges as opportunities. All thanks to my boss & colleagues who are very passionate in their jobs & have the highest patience when teaching me things I don't know about. I may still make mistakes, but at least I'm not alone in this journey 😌

feels a bit like survivor bias tbh. For every story like yours, there's someone who stayed too long and burned out. Sometimes quitting IS the smart move, not giving up. Just saying 😬

Cool that your colleagues are patient, but why should fresh grads have to 'adapt' to unpredictable management? That's literally just poor leadership dressed up as a learning opportunity.

Wow… you’re so lucky to have a supportive team 😔 I wish I could say the same. It’s only been a year for me too, but my manager hardly guides me, changes things on a whim, and most colleagues just keep to themselves. Honestly, it feels so lonely. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever get the same kind of patience and encouragement you’re talking about… 😢
