Hello! I'm a fresh grad looking for resume tips. I already applied over 50 jobs but i heard back from none. it’s been a month+ & i’m slowly losing my mind. 🫠 i used famous resume template & followed all the tips all over the internet, but nothing. starting to think maybe my resume just blending in with the other 10,000 fresh grads out there. how do y’all make yours actually stand out? like fr, how do i make a recruiter STOP scrolling and say “ok this IS THE ONE”? pls help a struggling soul 🙃

If you’re applying to everything but getting nothing, maybe try narrowing down. Quality > quantity. I stopped mass applying and started spending 30–45 mins tailoring each application. Yes, slow, but I got more interviews that way 🤩🤩

Have you applying to the internal website or using the easy apply feature on JS or linkedin? Cause lot of jobs want you to applying in their website and sometimes ignore the easy apply feature. Also get somebody to proofread your resume and review career options.

Try swapping resumes with ur friend and review each other’s like a recruiter would. I did this and my friend pointed out jargon that made no sense. Fresh eyes can help more than ChatGPT or random tips online...

Not gonna lie, I thought using a fancy template would help too... but turns out some ATS can’t read them properly 😩 Switched to a simpler format and started getting replies. Keep it clean, keyword-optimised, and relevant. Hang in there!!!
