Working in healthcare really takes a toll sometimes. My day usually starts at 6am, and by the time I get home, I'm completely drained. The usual routine: patients nonstop, sometimes even skipping lunch. Honestly, my mental health is 👎 after working like this for many months so I started doing small things to cope. Ie: buying kopi before shift to have a quiet moment, blasting music on the MRT home, and not replying to work texts once I clock out. Just small steps to help me reset. Wby?

Respect to you 💪 Healthcare workers are real-life superheroes. I feel you on the mental drain—my small reset is journaling during break (if I get one 😅) and bingeing comfort shows after shift.
